Model of developing key performance indicator to increase the quality of education during the Covid-19 pandemic

Indonesia is one of the countries whose people are most affected by 2019 corona virus (COVID-19). When spreads faster, Indonesian government imposed large-scale social restrictions in big cities to villages Indonesia. With changing situation carrying out work activities during this pandemic, it will certainly affect quality organization companies and education schools colleges. In order identify all processes teaching learning that running well or not, need monitor measure employee performance. Key performance indicators (KPIs) generally used as benchmarks determine how a company's can be represented study, key indicator preparation process was carried through stages designing questionnaire, distributing questionnaires employees educational institutions, conducting factor analysis then developing KPI model. The output form model reference formation KPIs namely Y = 5,360 + 1,380 X1-1, 068 X3.
